AP MAC filter as ACL from database
We have 14 CISCO AIR AP 1242 APs around campus. We would like to do : Have a ACL with MAC address allow from our database or XLS sheet and deny others. I already create all the wireless devices MAC address in xls sheet in place. We are trying to do is: Setup ACL for every APs not locally but central database to allow all MAC in database or xls sheet and deny others to access our internal network. Instead of add ACL to each AP and also we have more than 700 MAC address. Could you help??!! Thank you very much

Answer Wiki:
Look into a Cisco 4400 Wireless LAN Controller. You can flash your APs with a lightweight access point protocol and manage all your APs with a single controller.

We are not trying to use controller.
It’s possible have simple solution to have ACL allow all the MAC addresses in MAC address database or XLS sheet (not adding to AP locally but central) and deny others?
I know AP have limited entries and we do have more than 700 mac addresses.
Please help! CHENS2.
