Using two anti-virus software for monitoring PC, might cause lot of problems when used at same time, because they will treat each other as a virus and compete over OS resources.
You can use Kaspersky Second Opinion Solution (maybe other providers have their own solutions), this is software solution that is not used to monitor PC at all time, but when you suspect that your anti-virus is not performing well, you use it on demand only to scan PC at one moment. Installed anti-virus software sees it as application software as any other application.
Any anti-virus software is better than none.
Good luck!

It is possible to install more than one anti virus program but it would be useless if you will use 2 anti virus software at the same time. It would also create unexpected errors and crashes, just choose the most effective anti-virus for your computer.
