Answered Blocking unsecured networks.

Supplied an actual/factual answer. But I also suggested that the question itself might not be be correct. I gave basic guidelines for alternative question possibilities, and finally suggested that a different approach in phrasing the question might be in order — focus on the “business problem” rather than a “technical problem”.
