I have a Samsung s6 Android smartphone and I'm always connected to my Wi-Fi. But now, it always keeps disconnecting from it. I have to reboot my router every single time. It's getting quite irritating. What can I do?

It seems that some smartphones using the Lollipop OS have this issue. The “Smart Network Switch” invokes high CPU usage and drops WI_FI connections more often.

A way to fix this is to disable “Smart Network Switch”. It should be under “WiFi”, then “Advanced”.

You might also wish to consider, if the above doesn’t completely fix the problem, try moving the location of your router

You might also consider upgrading your router's firmware if there's an update.

Have you ever updated the system? You can try this, open settings on your smartphone, select About phone/about device and then tap software update. Also check never put the router on the floor Or there is/are no any other electronic device(s) nearby/around the router.
