Anchor Links Do Not Go To Correct Place On Document
I have a user who has created Notes documents that explain a complex process in rich text comments, including attachments. The comments and attachments are in long tables on the documents.
To aid reviewers through the complex documentation, he has created another document with a summary matrix and was adding Notes Anchor links to the locations on the other documents that provide more detail related to the summary matrix information.
On his 41st anchor link in the summary matrix, the anchor link takes the user to the 40th anchor link location (in other words, to the wrong place).
Does anyone have information on how to make anchor links work reliably? Alternatively, do you know of Anchor Link limitations?

Lotus Notes 6.5.6 Windows XP
