All users messages stay in outbox (even tiny messages)
Exchange 2007/SP1. Users connect ok but cant send to anyone. Global address list is OK, but messages just sit in the Outbox. Mike

Is this true for all users? If so, check the mailbox and hub transport servers for services set for automatic that are not started and start them.
