 all the same picture when sending
IncrediMail, Windows XP
when I try to send several pictures out they come back all the same picture. What can I do to make them stay and not be the same?? thank you

I am using XP and Incredimail Xe is this enough info for you? I send out more then one picture or tag and they will come to the person all the same. Hope I explained this well enough. Several people I know are having the same thing happen to them on Incredimail. I would like to know what to do to correct this. Thank you for anything I can get....Hugs Boop1943

The first thing I would probably do is ask what function in Incredimail Xe are you using that Outlook does not provide. The reason I ask this is I would think about uninstalling Incredimail and then try resending the email if this is possible.

I don’t have Out Look Express on my computer…I only have Incredimail so that should not bother any
reason why Incredimail is sending doubles & etc out. I should be able to send mutiple items and they should receive them just like I sent them and not all alike. If I do delete my Incredimail and download it again…..will I have all my Backgrounds and music I downloaded in it still there??

Sorry I thought I saw Outlook express, my fault. The reason I say uninstall incredimail is because I have heard nothing but problems with it, although that was a few years ago. Again sorry for suggesting you use Outlook, i need glasses lol. I’m sure there are alot of free email options you could try to as a workaround, try a yahoo email account or gmail account. Again sorry for not reading correctly.

Thank you so much for trying to help but seeing as I got no answer here I went ahead
and downloaded part of the new version of Incredimail and sent several different tags to my friends and they came out all right so I guess I must have done something right. Thanks for listening to me
