		<description><![CDATA[I have seen this occasionally happen in our environment as well.  It usually is caused by the user accidentally sizing the preview pane to a very small window size.  When this happens, the client preference to &quot;Mark documents read when opened in preview pane&quot; kicks in without the user realizing it.  The only way to tell if this is happening is to pay close attention to the direction of the arrow on the preview pane top border.  If the arrow is pointing down, the preview pane is active even if it is not large enough to show anything inside it.]]></description>
