Is it possible to set up Automatic Call Distribution on the Nortel CS 1000 without using the agent login functionality?

Instead of using agents you can set it up as you would a hunt group to specific devices or extensions.

Thanks for the help! With this particular PBX, is agent login needed to ensure the hunt group finds the least used, open extension?

I apologize as I am actually asking this question to help a 3rd party, so I have no direct access to the PBX myself.

I’m not sure about the exact details for this PBX, but most likely it won’t have a way to distribute calls to the least used extension without using agents.

There are options for the hunt group to distribute calls to the next extension on the list after the last station recieved a call
