There is no indication at all that a .PST file has anything to do with this member’s problem. Trying to get someone to buy your product when there is no evidence that it will help in any way at all, especially when the member is experiencing real trouble, is a very poor way to do business and does not create a good impression of your company.

You need to repair your corrupt PST file with proper mechanism. You can choose any of the repair tool but you need to first check the level of corruption in Outlook. As if the corruption is high then Scanpst.exe will not help and you need to use an extensive tool to repair outlook PST file.
