After Move to new certificate unread count is different.

I moved some of users to new certificate and after done the all unread count of mail file was changed. i check all the things mail file belong to ACL and unread -, dont maintain unread mails.

Anybody have faced this issue.?

    Check and confirm that the Admin process has finished renaming the UNREAD Mark tables in all DB's. This is done automatically and cant take a little while..... how long have you been waiting for this to finish. Some actions in the rename will take place at 01:00 for the reason that it needs to change everything and out of hours is a good time etc.
