After deleting a message in Lotus Notes, it does not go to trash folder
When I hit delete to get rid of an e-mail, I don't know where it goes. It is not in the trash folder and also the trash folder is missing a few buttons at top, like "restore" and "restore all". It just started doing this and I have no idea how to change it back. I've made sure the "allow soft deletion" option is selected and it doesn't make a difference.

Software/Hardware used:
Lotus Notes 6.5

Answer Wiki:
It seems that your mailbox structure has problems ! I suggest you to refresh your design, and if it is not suffisant, to replace your design. After that, you will see all your missing buttons in your trash folder...
