Within Lotus Notes 6.5.3 I have noticed on few clients that after selecting few emails from inbox, it archives locally however the selected email which were selected earlier for Archiving still shows up in inbox. Upon clicking those email it gives some error something like "Specific email does not exist". My email address is farhan_khan@saudia.com

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

for the time being do the following :

1- pres shift+Ctrl+F9 ( for rebuilding the views)
2-refresh the design of the LN of the users who are having this problem (mail6.5ntf)
3- replace the design of the LN of this users who are having this problem (mail6.5ntf)

make sure that the users are doing the Archiving in a proper why ,,, and that is by selecting the messages desired to be archived and click
Action
Archive
Archive selected documents

finally, I highly recommend you to get your LN upgraded to versions 8 and 8.5 and if it is not possible you can download for free from the IBM Lotus Notes site the version of LN 6.5.6
