Please any one assist me. We have a small office and I would like to advice my boss that we should find IT people to come and run computer servicing and maintenance as well anti-virus renew. Since we purchased our PCs, we have never done that. Kindly help me on how I can write a letter. I already have a quotations for both anti virus and servicing prices. Regards

    Are your computers on a network or are they stand alone? If networked then getting multi-user licenses is different than buying individual software programs for anti-virus, security and similar products. How many computers are we talking about in your office ? What OS are they using? Who has been maintaining them currently?
