Hi Dale, It seems that there is some problem with your administrator account. It is not clear to me that you get pop up message after logging in or you are not able to login.

(Of course, without a better description, such as when the pop-up happens, what it looks like, what the OS is, and possibly other items, there's no way to know what is wrong. Therefore, anything like a 'password recovery' tool might do more harm than good. If you're willing to risk it before knowing what problem to solve, there are many such tools available through searching with Google or other search tool. -- Tom)

According to me in either of the cases you can use some password recovery tool (for example Stellar Phoenix Password Recovery tool) to reset your administrator password. Such tool provides easiest way to reset windows password.
