Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

It seems that your sys admin has initiated a policy to block all links due to spam emails, which is a very good policy.  A lot of people click on those links without truly knowing what they are doing and wind up introducing a lot of problems for those that have to clean it up.  With the customer, they only see a shortcut blocked.  Try thinking of it from our point of view this time and you will see he logic behind it.  If you really want it that bad, you can cut and paste the link into your browser or just forward the email home.

how do i sort this message when I try to open a web link...   "Sort"? What is "sort"?   The operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computor. Please contact your system administrator   You are doing something that you should not do. Ask your administrator what the problem is.   ...when I try to open a web link in an microsoft outlook e-mail   Don't open links in Outlook e-mail messages. That is apparently not allowed, at least for the link you're trying to open. You probably shouldn't be doing it anyway.     Tom
