Address Book Lotus Notes
Some of my users need to have a second address book. This address book must be isolated from the Personal Address Book and the Domino Address Book, so they don't have all the addresses mixed with the other ones. This address book must be also maintained by an administrator. What is the best solution in this scenario?

You can create a Directory Assistance database that specifies all the address books that you want to share. This makes it possible to keep only your users in your main NAB (names.nsf), and use other address books for customers, vendors, etc. One important thing to keep in mind is that all the shared address books must be on a server, not necessarily the same server, but they must be on servers that users can access.
