How do I add additional Global Address List in Exchange 2003

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

Hi – unless you’re in a hosting environment (very special circumstance) you will want to just keep one Global Address List (GAL) and add multiple Address Lists (ALs). In Exchange System Manager (ESM) expand Recipients, and right-click All Address Lists. From here you can create a new Address List and define the criteria that will populate the AL.

Hope that helps.
