Hi, I have a list of about 800 products that I sell ( flags). Most of the flags are 150cm x 90cm in size and I would like to add this text to a chosen amount of cells for example: Grenada 150cm x 90cm Marshall-Islands Maurutania Palau Rhodesia Salomon Islands Trinidad und Tobago West Sahara Is it possible to add the text with the help of a formula of do I have to cut/paste them all?

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

I am assuming you want to know if you can quickly populate the cells with “150cm x 90cm” text.
Excel has an option of repeating the content of a cell value.
Suppose Col A has the names of the country (Marshall-Islands, Mauritania, Palau, etc.) On cell B1 type “150cm x 90cm”. Now click on cell B1. You will see a small rectangle on bottom right side. Just place the cursor on the small square & drag it thru Cell B2 to the end of Country name on Col A. You should get the “size text” populated.

Note: Sometimes Excel is “too smart” — if it finds numerical value on starting cell then it tries to increment it by 1 (default). Or if the starting text is a common word like “ Monday” then it will increment it by Tuesday/Wednesday etc. There are ways to counteract it.
I may have miss-read your question – then please elaborate.
