(granted you have at least 2 slots available on your MOBO) I can’t tell you how expensive this might be to acquire the correct cards for your system but it is certainly possible.

That being said, unless you have a specific reason for needing 6 NIC ports, I would use virtual ports when possible.

If the motherboard supports 6 slots for the same then it is another issue. But I never seen like a MB of kind that. Either u have to attach external slot, but it is also not possible / very hard to detect.
It is better to partition ur HDD (current HDD may be 500 GB) and install various OS as usual.
