Hello, It's pretty straight forward, click on a setting you wish to use and insert the required information into the appropriate fields. An example setting the 'Home Page' option in the field you would type the URL to be used as the home page. If you want to play a bit to see what the results of changes will be, create an OU with one or two computers in it, apply a new policy with your changes and see what happens. As long as you apply your policy just to your test OU, changes you make won't affect the user population. Good luck!
