Adding a new HD to a RAID5 (Server 2003)
Hello, I need to add a HD to an already existing RAID5. After I add the disk I need to extend my C volume to 25% and add the rest of the space to a D volume that I have created. Does anyone have any steps for these operations that they would care to share to make things easier for me? Thanks in advance.

Answer Wiki:
For guys who use Dell Server, it is easy to add additional disks to existing RAID 5 array with OMSA on the fly without rebuilding. After expanding the array capacity, you can use Partition Magic Server to add unallocated space to into C drive and.or D drive. Step by step guide to add disks to RAID 5 with Dell OMSA: http://www.partition-magic.org/hardware-raid/add-disk-to-raid-5.html
