Adding a corporate logo in the signature line on an outbound mail memo.

Hi everyone and thanks for taking the time to answer. I need to incorporate a logo (jpg) in the memo form in a mail database after the signature line (in addition to a nondisclosure statement). I've tried using a image resource, adding an object, creating a picture, etc. The graphic shows up for Notes clients receiving the mail but not for outbound SMTP mail recipients. How do I accomplish this? Thank you very much!! LMB

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

If you are on r7 Domino server then this can be done as below

Failing that you may need a third party tool.

Hope this helps

I've done something similar in a Notes 6.5 client. There is an option under Preferences/Signature to append an HTML or Image file. You will need to compose a text document using HTML code for what you want to display and then save it as an HTML file on your hard drive. If you want to have the image display outside of your local network, you have to reference it from a public directory. If your company has a website, have the web developers insert the logo you wish to display in their directory and give you the url for it. Follow the example below (I had to remove the HTML to insert the code here): (p) a href="http://YourCompany.com") (img src="http://YourCompany.com/YourLogo.jpg" alt="Your Logo") (/a)( br /) (b)Your Nondisclosure statement goes here(/b)( br /) (/p) Hope this helps.
