Answer Wiki:
As long as you are using html messages across the board you can indeed use the transport rule to add a image at the bottom of every email message. It is as simple as setting up the rule and replacing the disclaimer text with the href command to display the image. The image does need to be already on the internet somewhere. Here is a great article on getting the rules set up: <a href="http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Using-Transport-Rules-Creating-Disclaimers-Exchange-Server-2007.html">Here</a>

Do you know if the process for this is similar in exchange 2003?

Contrary to the above answer, everything I have found says that 2007 does not support HTML of variables. Only Exchange 2010 does. Any solution for adding a logo to outgoing emails seems to be in the $600 – $1000 range for 100 users using a 3rd party software solution. I am very annoyed that there is no solution or hack to allow 2k7 to do something so simple – I don’t want to spend that much money or spend $4000+ to upgrade. LAME M$! If I’m wrong, then great! Please advise
