I'm new to SAP and would like to know how to add a field to a column set. In particular is add personnel name on KOB1. Personnel number is already a choice from the set but the users want to have the name printed. I think this type of request will come up again, is there a way to add a field to any column set? I know the table the personnel name is located. Thanks for any help.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

What are the transactions you are viewing / changing the column set KOB1? Which SAP module and release?

Sorry for not including all information. The transaction is KOB1, it is in the SD module on the following path: Logistics, Sales and Dist, Sales, Sales Order- Controlling, Information System, Reports for Product Cost by Sales Order, Line Items, Orders, Actual Costs. I'm on 4.6C.

Transaction KOB1 shows the Initial Screen. In an IDES system -hope you have access to-: which selection input and / or which (other) function code or menu selection does lead you to the output that you want to change?
