 Add ActiveX Calendar that drops date in field

Does anyone know of a web address where there are easy clear instructions on how to create an activeX control that will drop the date into a field on another form. Or if you feel like writing your own instructions... I've tried taking apart various ones off other databases but when I try to alter it to fit mine, the code keeps going wrong :( Thanks!
