Thanks for your answer. My problem is I want to protect the source code and other codes from access to unauthorise users. Is it possible to protect those as well with the help of AD RMS?

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Additionally, I would also like to know how can I protect my any non Microsoft office products like open source excel files, open source word documents etc. Is it possible to protect those or AD RMS only protects the Microsoft products from unauthorise access?
