 AD Group Policy Documentation

What is the best and most expedient way to document Group Policy Settings either policy by policy or (preferbly) all policies for a domain as we are a low budget goverment team and would prefer to use something available with the 2000 Server or Server Resource Kit programs. It does not have to be super detailed or quick as we are a small computer lab more used for community access to the internet than anything else. Thank you for your help

My preference would be all policies for the domain. That way, if you want to make a change(s), you don't have to sort through all the policies to determine which apply to a particular domain, you only deal with the policies for that domain. Just my $.02 on it.
