How to configure DNS,DHCP,AD,DS in Windows Server 2008 R2

this is subbu from public sector working as system admin ,

i ahve facing lot of problems in my server

we have 2 servers xeon 3 -2003 server in this two we have one dedicated for data presserving,one more is using for only Anti-Virus setup, but newly we have purchased 2008 R2 server, in the 2003 Data server we have DNS,DHCP,AD,DC etc .but the same policies migrate into new server pls guide me in the 2003 server we have tally leagal software we can not shift into 2008 server,because 2008 only dedicate for storing data from users(50)daily changes.so i want up both server 2003 and as well as 2008 both were one domain under.
