This problem can appear under different circumstances. If this is Vista client, you may need a hotfix for your exchange server. See KB If this is XP; you need to enable DHTML edit control as follows: In OWA if Windows XP displays a red X, you need to enable the dhtml editor control as follows: Copy and paste each of the regsvr32 lines below into the run dialog box: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- regsvr32 /u "C:Program FilesCommon FilesMicrosoft SharedTriedit" regsvr32 /u "C:Program FilesCommon FilesMicrosoft SharedTriedittriedit.dll" regsvr32 "C:Program FilesCommon FilesMicrosoft SharedTrieditdhtmled.ocx" regsvr32 "C:Program FilesCommon FilesMicrosoft SharedTriedittriedit.dll" Reboot the system.
