I’ve had issues running active synch on servers in the past i have given up putting it on servers. I believe if you put active synch on anything but a server it works great, but on server 03 it will work first couple of times then error out. Lots of google pages to this very issue good luck, my option was to take Active sync of server and sync mobile device through separate pc.
