We have a Windows 2003 Domain and we have just taken over another company with thier own Windows 2000 domain. What is the best way to integrate this domain with our own? Thanks in advance

If they still have their own IT responsible for their users, then a trust is probably all you need, and which type of trust depends on how much access is needed between the domains.

If your IT is taking over for both companies, then you might think about migrating the users from their domain into your’s so you can manage everything in one spot.

This is all pretty vague, but there’s a lot of options, and several which would work fine, just depends on the end result your seeking.
