Active Directory Users and Computers Microsoft Exchange System objects duplicates
In "Active directory Users and Computers" there is an OU named "Microsoft Exchange System objects". Within this OU there are objects that have been deleted from our Exchange and AD but are still showing. Also, I am assuming, there are duplicates. For example, we had a site in Athens, Georgia so in Exchange System Manager/recipients/All users we create an object for each site which included an object named Athens. We no longer have the Athens site so the object was deleted. But under the users and computers/Exchange objects there still is an object name Athens and one named Athens-1. Questions: 1)Are the -1 duplicates? There seems to be several accounts with this -1, -2 and so on. 2)How can I clean / delete the objects that should not be needed anymore? I would prefer to run a utility than just start deleting objects manually.
