I have windows server 2000 sp4.When I am trying to open Active Directory Users and Computers from stsrt->Administrative tools or from RUN or from MMC it is not opening and there is not any message. Please help me .

Hi There might be some message shown while opening plzz update your question with the mesg or give further info on your problem so that it will be easy for us to give the appropriate answer.

I think you should run adminpack once again and try to resolve it. The path is
C:\WINDOWS\system32\adminpak . Try this and inform me if possible with the current status.

Also check the system/application event logs to see if there are any events logged during the time you are trying to start the console.

I would also re-install the admin pack and see what happens. if you run mmc can you try to ad the users and computers snap-in. Does that generate an error?
