I have AD setup with Exchange Server. A few users are set up with multiple addresses for inbound mail. All outbound shows only the primary email address. I have one user who would like to be able to specify the address showing on outbound mail. Normally her address will show as user@abc.com. When she sends out certain bulk mailings we would like her address to show on the outbound as research@abc.com. We want to do this without adding a new user or we would exceed our licensing for Exchange and for our Anti-Spam. Is there any way to be able to choose what displays as the outbound address.

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

The primary SMTP is the email address used by exchange to identify who the sender of the email is, and there is no way to make it a choice for the user on each email. It will always show as the primary SMTP unless you create a new user. What they can do however is use a different signature, although that will not change the email address that will show who the email came from.
