Q:
Active Directory seeing new computer as pre 2000?
We are using windows server 2003 and computers that are only a year or two old are showing up in AD as windows pre-2000 computers. Is there any way to correct the issue? These computers are running XP pro, vista and the beta windows 7rc operating systems.

The problem may be that you are in mixed-node in AD to be compatible with older platforms. If you no longer have old platforms, then I would change it to native mode.
