 active directory permissions windows server 2003
i have the active directory on windows server 2003, and i create a user, i am loginto client system xp as a user but i have no administrator permissions and i don't know the administrator password, my question is can i take full permissions on server 2003

You either have to be a member of the Domain Administrators group (have delegated rights) or have the domain Administrator account login credentials to manage Active Directory. Any other method of getting this authority would be considered hacking or attacks and is not within the scope of this site.
