I tried multiple time but still showing Error but if I change the name of this client from STR31 To PSC01 and then trying to join the domain it successfully no any problem I faced. This problem only occurs with the local administrator The Default Bulletin administrator account isn't creating any problems. What is the Problem? Thanks

if the same name exist in OU then it will allow you to enter to domain. so you have to either change the pc name or delete name exist in ou.

You should delete it then recreat it, ActivDir thinks that the PC is still connected to the network and is just unreachable.
