Active Directory Connector Event ID 8026 MSADC
I am running ADC on a Windows 2000 Domain Controller. The Exchange 2003 Server SP1 is running on Windows 2003 Server SP1. There are two recipient connection agreements for the Active Directory Connector. One is running to add contacts to my domain from an Exchange 2000 server in a different domain in a different forest. The other one is to add disabled user accounts from my domain to the Exchange server in the other domain. The Active Directory Connector is no longer functional and I am receiving the following error message: Event Type: Error Event Source: MSADC Event Category: LDAP Operations Event ID: 8026 Date: 10/14/2005 Time: 12:56:07 PM User: N/A Computer: DOMAINCONTROLLER2 Description: LDAP Bind was unsuccessful on directory conference.TheirDomain for distinguished name 'domainuser'. Directory returned error:[0x52] Local Error. (Connection Agreement 'DomainController2 to Conference' #2560) For more information, click http://www.microsoft.com/contentredirect.asp. Does anyone know what error: [0x52] Local Error means?

Thank you so much for your response. I had already seen those links. I installed the ADC on a different domain controller and moved the connection agreements to resolve the issue.
