Hello everyone!!! I am an IT Administrator for our company and i am looking for a tool that i can use to assist my helpdesk personnels. Every morning users call help desk to notify them that their passwords are locked and help desk just unlock them. Is there no script or anything that I can run to check which passwords are locked to amybe in the morning and just unlock them before my users call? Thanks!!!

If you were running a Linux server it would be easy to do but Windows Servers don't have that functionality. Best thing to do is get your users to remember their passwords. I feel you pain I have to go throught the samething.
