Acrobat fail to connect to a dde server error?

In some compuers in the office are getting this error "Acrobat fail to connect to a dde server error"  when try to open an acrobat file, I often get that message. What can I do to correct this problem ?

It could be being caused by an antivirus/antispyware or a firewall that is preventing Acrobat from connecting to some other process it needs to connect to.

Check your antivirus configuration to see if there is something you can modify to let Acrobat run and establish DDE sessions without problems.
