 Account access through VPN

I have a single Active Directory Domain. I have one domain account that I want a consultant to use through VPN. I want this consultant to only login to just one server in the domain. How I can accomplish that in my Active Directory domain?

Edit the users domain account, On the Account tab click the Log On To button. Select the "The following computers" option and enter in the name of the machine which the user should have access to. After you OK back out they will have access to only this one machine.
