 Accessing mails using outlook

In our organisation we are using both outlook express and microsoft outlook to ccess mails.in some cases you may find that some computers in the network can not access the server, but they can see the outside world.how can i help the problem becouse sometimes like now most people can not access their mails using the outlook but they can brouse

This is very common. Verify that you have the server information for both the incoming and outgoing mailboxes entered correctly; e.g., mail.servername.com or pop3.mailserver.com. Most of the time these entries are the same, but yours may not be.
