 Accessing 2 emails account without switching id
Is it possible that a user accesses 2 different email accounts without switching id and yet the name of the default email account is not reflected in a new mail sent or when replying an email. And also, to forward an email using the default email account?

Adding to the above question, I also have a question; can we switch IDs in lotus notes without getting prompted for password each and every time I switch?

As long as you set the correct Access & Delegation rules, one Notes ID can access multiple accounts.

e.g.
A PA will have access to their account and their bosses. Access is set on their bosses account. They can then open mail, calendar and contacts that belong to somebody else.
