		<description><![CDATA[I think people with designing knowldege can sort this out. You can work this out by creating some Author&#039;s field on the database and create a role on the database ACL. Adding the receipnist name on the author field can help. I am sorry, if I were wrong here]]></description>

That&#039;s what I thought too but I was wondering if a role like user modifier (but more restrictive) would work. 

The plan is to delete our company phone directory and put all the info in the Domino Address Book to synch it with Active Directory and other applications like Remedy etc...

I think we will have to continu to use the phone directory and from this push the info to the Domino Directory and synch AD afterward.

If you have some other ideas... don&#039;t hesitate and again, thanks for your quick replies !!!]]></description>
