I’m a bit unclear as to what your trying to do. We use RDP to connect to a W2K Pro server and have no trouble accessing resources from the HDD whether logged on using a domain or a local account.
Have you checked permissions on the drive? Possibly there are restrictive permissions set that are preventing access to resources based on your user account. NTFS permissions still apply whether logged on interactivley or through a TS session.
Maybe post some additional information which might help everyone better understand your problem.
