I have access to my supervisor's email account and calendar in Lotus Notes, but for some reason my view of her email is not giving me the same view that she sees. For example, in her inbox (when she is logged in to Notes) it shows 1400 unread messages and as she reads them, they turn into "read" messages. But when I open her email (logged in as me) it shows over 6,000 unread emails and there is no updating happening as she is reading the emails. Basically, I need to know what emails she has read and what she has not read...a real time update of what she is doing. Is this possible?
