		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve got 2003, so I am not sure if 2007 works the same way.  In 2003, there is a table created by the Switchboard Manager which lists the items on the switchboard.  The first record in that table seems to be info about the Main Switchboard itself, including the caption that appears on the top of the switchboard.  Maybe someone has put something in the ItemText field of that record that is causing the caption to be other than you expected.]]></description>
