Microsoft Access 2007 starting errors, tries to setup on each staring
Access 2007, Microsoft Office 2007, Microsoft Access 2007
I have install Microsoft Office Pro. on a computer. Everything opens up fine except for Access. When i click on access to open it wants to install not open.

Is it still prompting you to provide the installation file? If yes go to control panel/add remove programs and completely remove it then reinstall everything from scratch selecting the option "completely run from disk"

Hi I forgot to mention its Office 2007, anyway no its not asking for the instalation file it just goes through the configuration and setup and eventualy access starts.

I think you should uninstall and re-install Office, as suggested by Alessandro, even if it’s not asking for the instalation file.

Hi I have uninstalled it and also used the windows clean up utility, and done a reg clean while it was uninstalled and it is still the same, a strange one this for sure.

When you install Office, it gives you several choices for what you want to install. Select to Run All from My Computer. Your installation most likely is set to install on first use.
