CREATE UNIQUE INDEX QSYS2.SYSIXADVIX ON QSYS2.SYSIXADV (LEADING_COLUMN_KEYS ASC, KEY_COLUMNS_ADVISED ASC, TABLE_NAME ASC, TABLE_SCHEMA ASC, INDEX_TYPE ASC, NLSS_TABLE_NAME ASC, NLSS_TABLE_SCHEMA ASC, PARTITION_NAME ASC)

So far it seemed to work.  The file got corrupted b/c our power supply went out and system went down hard last friday.
